About this notice
This notice describes the Peebly marketing website and the current interactive prototype. The prototype is not a live rental marketplace. Peebly is operated by Denis Afloroaiei, based in Mamaia Nord, Constanța, Romania. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
What stays in your browser
The prototype stores edits to profiles, properties, interests, conversations, and preferences in your browser’s local storage. These changes are not sent to a shared Peebly account database or delivered to another person. Use fictional information when trying the prototype; do not enter sensitive documents, payment details, or real identity information.
Website requests and external services
Cloudflare hosts the website. Loading it sends technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requested resource, to the hosting service. Some images load from Unsplash or Pexels, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Those providers receive request information when your browser retrieves their resources. Emailing us also shares your email address and the contents of your message with the email services used to deliver it.
Why information is used
Local storage remembers your demo changes and preferences. Hosting requests deliver the website and support its operation. Information you send by email is used to respond to your enquiry. This notice does not describe future account, payment, or messaging services that have not yet been connected.
Cookies and local storage
The landing-page source does not set advertising cookies or include an advertising tracker. The app uses local storage to retain demo state. Your browser’s site-data controls let you remove that state; clearing it resets your demo changes. Hosting and external resource providers may process requests according to their own policies.
Retention and your choices
Local demo data remains on your device until it is removed through browser controls, reset by the demo, or cleared by your browser. Retention of hosting logs and email correspondence must be confirmed by the operator before production launch. Avoid sharing information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Contact us to ask about information held by the operator; locally stored prototype data can be removed on your device.
Provider information
You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy, Unsplash’s privacy policy, and Pexels’ privacy policy. These links describe the providers’ practices, not a guarantee about their services.
Before the live service launches
The final notice must confirm the complete operator address and applicable legal bases, recipients, retention periods, international-transfer arrangements, and the actual production data flows. This version will be updated before real accounts and shared personal data are introduced.
